Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from us. Because many SIS and FRESH products and events are prepared especially for one customer, the policy depends on what you purchase.
Custom and personalized products
Custom or personalized products are final sale after a proof is approved or production begins. This includes items made with a customer’s name, date, logo, artwork, size mix, colors, or other custom choices. Please review all proofs and order details carefully.
Our error, damage, or defect
If we made an error or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order information and clear photos so we can review the issue. When the issue is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected item as appropriate. Normal handmade variation, expected material characteristics, and color differences between screens and finished products are not defects.
Events, parties, and workshops
A deposit is required to reserve an event date. Deposits are non-refundable because we begin reserving time, planning, and preparing materials after booking. A request to reschedule will be considered at our discretion, subject to availability and the amount of preparation already completed. Additional costs may apply when custom materials must be remade.
If we cancel an event and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduled date, you may choose a refund of the amount paid for the canceled event. Weather, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside either party’s control will be handled fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Non-custom merchandise
Unused, unworn, non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return when you contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery and receive return approval. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Shipping delays and lost packages
Contact us if an order is delayed or missing. We will work with the carrier and provide the options required by law and the transaction platform. An incorrect address supplied by the customer may require additional shipping charges.
Shopify and Etsy purchases
Orders placed through Shopify, Etsy, or another marketplace are also subject to the return and cancellation terms shown on that listing or at checkout. When a transaction-specific policy differs from this general policy, the transaction-specific policy controls.
